On the eve of the Republican National Convention, Rebublican Presidential hopeful John McCain has let the cat out of the bag about who will be his running mate. I'm guessing McCain wants a piece of the historic pie too because he has selected a woman to run with him. Conservative Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is his select, and ironically, she only has 2 years in office; how's that for the experience that he says Obama lacks. Is it possible that both candidates are looking for running mates that make up for their short comings? Let's see how this whole thing plays out!!!

NOTE FROM PLAN.B: I must admit that in some ways this is a shrewd choice by the Republicans. The reason I feel this way is because they are capitalizing on the supposed "rift" between the Clinton and Obama Democrats by appealing to all of the voters that wanted to put a woman in the White House. The issue here, of course, is that this woman is NOT HILLARY CLINTON. The Democrats now have to find a way to address this and the only way that it can be done effectively is by having NO ONE OTHER THAN HILLARY CLINTON HERSELF GIVE A SPEECH WHERE SHE IN EFFECT SAYS "THIS WOMAN MAY BE A WOMAN, BUT THIS WOMAN IS NOT ME!" I belive that Biden will unhinge Palin in a VP debate, but all of his strengths will be used against him because Republicans can then say that he "massacred a woman," thus inviting mercy and pity to a situation that deserve none. These are just my thoughts. HILLARY, DON'T LET McCAIN AND THE REPUBLICANS FINISH THE JOB YOU STARTED. THIS IS YOUR WORK TO COMPLETE!
