The 2008 Atlantis Music Conference and Festival officially kicked off last night at club Opera in Atlanta. This year's Red Carpet Party was BIGGER than ever, supporting and showcasing more than just starving indie artists. This year was the 1st year that more and more major artists jumped on the scene. Those artists included Public Enemy, Q.Parker, London, Bonecrusher, B5, Ying Yang Twins (one of them), and more. Check out some footage of Frankie (Keisha Cole's mom); I love Frankie's energy and ability to always "keep it real"!!! She announced her new book, BIG upped the A, and even put a photog in his place on the red carpet. I love this lady...you the the pic of her hitting the carpet and immediately "dropping it like it was hot!!!!" Kill it Frankie, kill it!!!!!
