Who could forget the songbird that graced the album of R&B Trio City High? Claudette Ortiz is set to release her debut album this spring via Interscope Records, and the new set will feature collaborations with rappers The Game & Fabolous, as well as producers/songwriters Dre & Vidal (Amerie, Mariah Carey), Trackmasters (Allure, Rihanna), Brian Michael-Cox (Mary J. Blige, Ciara), The Underdogs (Fantasia, Omarion), Durrell Babbs aka Tank (Aaliyah, Monica), Stargate (Beyonce, Lionel Richie) and her husband Ryan Toby, who also finished working on his debut album "Soul of a Songwriter" due later this year.
