At a time when Bad Boy could be killing the boy AND girl group scene, why is it that both Day 26 & Danity Kane went so long without 2nd singles? Danity Kane was rumored to be releasing their 2nd track "Bad girl" featuring Missy as a 2nd single, but I have yet to hear any spins on Atlanta radio stations (and you know we have about 50 of them). I was thinking Day 26 was headed down the same road until I turned on the radio last week to hear Brian smashing his part on "Since You Been Gone". I was getting a little worried though, especially since Diddy recently put the groups' tour on the chopping block (unless you're talking about the Six Flags tour circuit), but at least he is still trying to get Day 26 a lil coverage (they were just here in Atlanta for V103's Car & Bike Show, and they also did the BET Awards After-Party Celebration). I wish he was repping DK like that! Their CD is sick, and with the right promotion could definitely be on top of the charts right now. Can we get some "Sucka for Love", or even "Poetry"; I'll even settle for the rumored single, even though I'm a little over it since the rumor may have expired already. But I will be fair...DJ Plan.B played "Bad Girl" at a party like 2 weeks ago, and we left and hit the club and that was the 1st night we actually got the song in the club, so it may be coming, but I won't hold my breath...we all know the Cheri Dennis story!!!!!

It went down real BIG on Saturday here in Atlanta as Kim Porter and Diddy threw one of the best parties of the year, and it wasn’t even for them. It was for their son Quincy (Diddy’s stepson and R&B artist Al B. Sure's son), and with a party of this caliber, you know it will be featured on MTV’s Sweet 16, but don’t let Quincy hear you call it “sweet”; he wants this one to go down as the Stunner 16 party. And stunt he did with a guest list that extended for miles, including Jermaine Dupri, Dallas Austin, Lauren London, Hurricane Chris, Rev. Run & son “Diggy”, Big Boi’s kids, and a host of other celebs. Congratulations Quincy, way to do it BIG!!!!

I what I think is the BEST MAKING THE BAND SEASON and FINALE ever, Diddy also managed to pick a very HOT BAND!! God Bless the group and we wish you success in all you endeavors. Did you hear them sing "Exclusive"??????????? Amazing!! Great live television! Below is the video of "Exclusive."

Screamfest 07 in New York last night turned out to be more than a spectacular concert, it was more like a family reunion! With Joc bringing out Diddy, Ciara bringing 50, 50 bringing G-Unit, TI bringing Jigga...and KANYE!!! Yup, 50 and Kanye not only in the same building, but on the same stage!
Look at how 50 is looking...WOW!!! Whether actual beef, or a beef faux paux, September 11th is going to be a huge PAYDAY for both!
