Girl R & Beef: Kandi and Tiny (formerly of Xscape)

Well for those of us who have been anxiously awaiting another collabo from A-Town's own Xscape, you can move that idea right out of your head. Not only are they NOT jumping into the studio anytime soon, a couple of them are at each other's throats. As reported (by Kandi herself) today on Hot 107.9's morning show, the two had a few issues to clear up, and they recently did so over the phone...Kandi more than did so on the airwaves too. Peep the quote

"Yeah, I had to clear things up, since one of the memebers of the group was in New York on the radio talking about we broke up because of a supposed relationship with JD [Jermaine Dupri], so I had to call her just to clear the air, and she agreed that the group broke up because one of the members [LaTosha Scott] wanted to pursue her solo career." She went on to say... "So that should clear the air, I want everybody to know that what's in between my legs don't write and the songs, and it's a shame that whenever I see Tiny, we speak...so since you want to hate on me on the radio, when you see me in the streets, DON'T SPEAK!"

Kandi was filling in on the A-Team Morning Show for Rashan Ali when the statements were made, and she got pretty serious about it; serious enough that they had to cut the segment. Just an FYI, Kandi was present when Tiny bore her last daughter, the baby was sillborn.

Good news for all the fans of true love and commit- ment: it has been reported that platinum-selling rapper T.I. and his longtime girlfriend Tiny of the now-defunct group Xscape are expecting another child this summer! Congratulations to the young Dapper couple!



But wait, that's not all! Is the the big M also in the works for the summer? Stay tuned! To me, with all the rumors of Hoopz and all the other various women over the years that supposedly have come in and out of their lives, it is encouraging to see that they stuck together through it all and that there is true love between them. It just goes to show you that if you can find someone who is down for you, it is possible to have a relationship work under some very trying (at times) circumstances.
