It's been a long time coming for rising Atlanta star Janelle Monae! From her roots at Purple Ribbon, to her recent deal with Bad Boy, this eclectic artist is gearing up for an unstoppable run at everbody's i-pod and cd player. Tomorrow Monae is releasing a special edition EP, "Metropolis: The Chase Suite", her first joint venture with her label, Woodland Arts Society and Bad Boy, which hopefully will be a good look for everybody. Diddy certainly pushed Cheri Dennis and a few other artists on his roster to the side when he 1st signed Monae, so hopefully she will remain a priority as she offers the world a little insight into her world of Metropolis. We are excited to see Janelle continue to do her thing as she has honestly grown to being one of our favorite entertainers to watch. If you've never seen Monae live, you want to run out and cop tickets to the first venue you can catch her at; not only is she a spark of energy, she is a breath of fresh air on stage..."Metropolis: The Chase Suite" reperesents that and much more, so make sure you go out and support the album tomorrow.
