Today is a legendary day in the African American community. Today is the official birthday of Civil Rights activist Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Although today is not the day observed or given off for his birthday, please take today to remember everything that Dr. King fought for and especially everything that he died for. He would have been 79 today. Take some time out this weekend to get involved in all of the wonderful celebrations taking place; and remember look at Monday as a day on and not a say off...it's our duty!
