If this is any indication as to how 2008 will go for the celebs, it's already not looking good! So peep this one: Vivica is seeking legal consultation for allegedly being video taped giving some oral pleasure to an ATLien. The guy is not famous, but did capture a little famous brains on his camera phone. So of course, the masses would ask, how can you NOT notice someone taping you? Reports claim that Vivica was again, drunk out of her mind, and never even took the time to notice that she was being videoed. This can't be a good look for her recent trouble with being intocicated while driving, but I gues this is how the story goes. What a way to welcome in 08!!!
