It's been 5 years and counting since (Robert) R.Kelly fell under the pedophile radar for allegedly having taped sexual relations with a minor. He has been in and out of court for this case, as well as added a few more allegations to his repertoire, but has the law finally caught up with the man that refers to himself as "your boyfriend" (I hope you all are at least over 18)?

There was a bench warrant placed out for Kelly yesterday after he missed a scheduled court hearing in Chicago. Kelly's camp claims that his tour bus was pulled over in Arizona and sited for the bus driver not properly taking rest breaks, and made to shut down operating the bus for 8 hours (that's the part major news outlets are failing to mention).

Either way it goes, warrant or not, you have to wonder whether or not Kelly will ever see his judgement day for these allegations. Look at the other major cases in just 07 alone; T.I. jailed right away, Mike Vick jailed before conviction...and there wasn't even a video tape on those cases. I guess this is one of those things that make you go hmmmmm.
