Most of you know that I am much more than an entertainment journalist! Along with running the website, and writing for magazines, I am also an author, and 1st and foremost a 3rd grade teacher. Today, my school, MCAA (Marietta Center for Advanced Academics) was featured on the morning news show here in Atlanta. I can truly attest to MCAA being Georgia's premier elementary school, specializing in STEM (science, math, engineering and technology). The school not only has an amazing hands-on school store, we have 3 science labs, a news room, and wonderful students that take their elementary education as serious as they will college; not to mention every student works on their very own tablet-style laptop computer everyday.
