After years of distress and agony, The Supreme Court of Georgia ordered Friday that Genarlow Wilson be released from prison Today-Friday-Oct 27,2007- ruling that his sentence for a teen sex conviction was cruel and unusual punishment. He has been in state prison since November 2005 and was held at the Al Burruss Correctional Training Facility in Forsyth, GA.
