In addition to her upcoming album release, Jill Scott will make her big screen debut on October 12 in Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married, which centers around a group of happily vacationing couples confronted with the ensuing chaos created by a flirtatious single woman who is thrown in their midst.
Jill also has DVD titled Jill Scott: Live in Paris coming soon and starring in the HBO Film No.1 Ladies Detective Agency, which begins production this month!
