Akon's lawyer releases statement regarding incident

“Given the information that we have reviewed to date, it does not appear to us that Akon was involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever...we are prepared to fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency that may be investigating this incident. We are confident that after a thorough investigation it will be apparent that no criminal prosecution of Akon is warranted."[SOURCE]
For there to to be "confidence" from Akon's camp that no criminal activity took place after throwing what we're led to believe is a fan from the stage to the audience, speaks volumes as to whether this is a case of another attempt to create attention and posture among our hip-hop artists.
