Tomorrow should be a historical day for ATL. Alongside being the Crunk Capital, everybody knows ATL is what’s up right now…have you been listening to the radio at all for the past year or so? Ok, I may be biased, I live in the A, but the fact of the matter is somebody obviously agrees with your boy.

Tomorrow will be the 1st annual A-Town Day, being held at Morris Brown’s Herndon Stadium. The event will start at noon and will be all day…ok only until 8:00pm, but the event is primarily and truly for the kids. Just to prove it, kids 6 and under get in free; anybody over the age of 6 can pick up a $10 ticket before the 24th, or they can wait and grab one at the door for $15. Still don’t believe it’s for the kids? A portion of tomorrow’s proceeds will be going to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and to the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation.

Lots of people are probably thinking to themselves, “Don’t they bring enough concerts to the A?” Well, A-Town Day is anticipated to be much more that a concert, the event will also be a festival and an overall day of awareness, touching on subjects like health and safety. V-103’s Greg Street will be the host, and for those of you who are interested in another ATL banging concert, here are a few of the artists signed on to perform: B.O.B, BHI & K-Rab, Big Kuntry (PSC), Blak Jak, Fabo, Mason Dixie, Shawty Lo, Heizman Bozy, Kujo Goodie, and the Shop Boyz. There will be many more artists on deck, but I guess you’ll either have to pull out the loot or log back on to http://www.brisonent.com/ for full details and exclusive footage on how the 1st annual A-Town Day went down.
